About Lauren
Lauren is a women's mentor, creatrix, somatic healer, and transformational facilitator for embodied feminine leaders.
Her mission is to awaken the unapologetic Divine Feminine and support women in remembering their true essence, connecting deeply with their body and intuition, and activating their sexuality, voice, pleasure, and purpose to new levels.
Passionate about supporting women in amplifying their magnetism, attracting (and holding) abundance, and living as their most aligned and fully-expressed, she is committed to elevating feminine power and leadership.
She is a certified somatic healer and life and sucess coach, certified in NLP (neurolinguistic programming), EFT (emotional freedom technique), TIME Techniques, Reiki, FIRES Somatic Coaching, Life and Success Coaching (with a trauma informed lens), and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
She also has extensive training and experience in emotional intelligence, masculine/feminine energetics and Divine Feminine embodiment, and sexual energy activation.
