"Scrolling Instagram during the Pandemic lockdown and somehow one quote on an unfamiliar account captured my attention (it was Lauren’s account). I visited the profile, and I recognized myself in many of the descriptions, so I decided to follow. So I’ve been following Lauren since August 2020.

Stories after stories and posts after posts, I could feel how her energy was resonating for me. I began to listen to her podcast AMPLIFY, and each episode gave me breath. From me in Europe to her in the US, with age, language, and country differences, I felt a true connection...

But how could I ever know that this was the first step to my personal growth?

Then at the end of 2022, my father died, and I felt lost in front of so many tasks and could feel the cracks in my life. At this time, I got the opportunity to sign up for Lauren’s 3-month Amplify group coaching program, so without thinking, I signed up. I trusted my instincts.

During those 3 months, we received guidance from Lauren, had a lot of discussion in the group, and also learned by listening to each other. Lauren managed to give us all the attention we needed, but there was also a big kickstart for me because of her coaching.

She brought me to realize the blocks I had to open my soul to others. Lauren’s patience was wonderful. She is able, with small words, to bring you to think and reflect. Her energetic and calm way allows you to take all those "nuggets" and begin to see your own patterns. She leads you to a better understanding of yourself.

In 2023, early on during the Amplify Mastermind, I got devastating news. Lauren and the Amplify group were so supportive. Lauren gave me different perspectives and helped me not to drown in this drama. My shield was broken, and Lauren had the ability to turn this into a shedding not a breakdown.

At the end of Amplify mastermind group, I felt that there was so much more, I needed more support, that my life had to improve, and my soul needed to be free.

So I signed up for 6-month 1-to-1 coaching... I call myself crazy, I still cannot believe that I did it, but I knew that it had to be!

It gave me support on so many levels that it is difficult to share this with words.

In a nutshell: I learned to trust my intuition, to open myself to my true self, to surrender, to manifest, and to react to what happens in a very effective way.
