When you have trouble manifesting something into your life, most of the time, there’s an energetic block within you or belief you hold that is blocking that manifestation from happening. You may be conscious of the block, but you might not be. So much of the time, we are not consciously aware of our blockages (otherwise, it'd be a lot easier to manifest, right?!).

Magnetism is your natural state. The only thing in the way of receiving what you want to manifest, is thinking that there's something in the way (consciously or subconsciously). Â
WHAT DOES 'SOMATIC' MEAN? Â

Everything that exists in the universe is comprised of energy. We are made of pure energy and our bodies emit a specific frequency. We attract into our lives the frequency that we put out into the world. The electromagnetic force that we put out into the world will attract things that are vibrating at similar frequencies. This is why it's important to work on your energetic state and your vibration if you want to be an effective manifestor.
Our bodies can also develop energetic blockages. This can happen for many reasons – stress, trauma, limiting beliefs, poor diet, etc. When lower frequency energy gets trapped in our bodies, that can lead to so many problems – health issues (physically and mentally), disease, getting stuck in survival patterns, and more. Trapped energy can also negatively impact your ability to manifest.
One of the most powerful ways to release trapped energy, to heal the nervous system, and reprogram the subconscious mind, is through somatic healing – which is all about working with the body, specifically the subconscious mind and nervous system.
